two items of vague interest:
1) got meself a lumix LX2 which i love dearly
2) went to paris at the weekend, so sorry if i start flooding with deviations, but some are my very first proper portraits - hey, i was with a divine creature with the rough dimensions of a model, so i wasn't going to waste an opportunity, was i?

anyway, i think i'll write about paris soon, but for now i'm a bit too close to it all, so i'll just say HI to you all and i'll speak soon...

You appear to be having no problems with the exposure - they've worked really well. One thing you might like to try playing with is the colour balance setting. If you have it on auto, try setting it to one of the fixed settings - life is more consistent with a fixed colour balance, and you can always alter it later when you process the image.
Keep shooting. I'm keen to see how you get on.
